About David Sheret
With a career spanning senior roles in business development and strategy within the offshore energy industry, David brings a wealth of experience to guiding businesses through complex markets. As a former Executive Director of Subsea UK (now the Global Underwater Hub) and a Non-Executive Director for private equity-backed service companies, he understands the dynamics of growth, governance, and value creation.

David has successfully completed Cash For Equity (CFE) raises, debt raises and served as an exclusive advisor on company sales and acquisitions. He is the Co-Founder of Archer Knight and was the creative mind behind the SAAS platform, Flowline. His ability to balance strategic insight with practical execution has earned him trust across the sector, ensuring clients receive measured, objective advice tailored to their ambitions.

About Graeme Wood
Graeme Wood brings over 40 years of expertise in the energy and marine industries, holding senior leadership roles in prominent organisations including Technip, AKER QSERV, Vroon, Bibby Offshore, Rever Offshore, and Caledonian Maritime Assets.
A Chartered Director and Fellow of the Institute of Directors (IoD), Graeme is a recognised authority on corporate governance and strategic planning. His extensive boardroom experience as a Non-Executive Director spans multiple organisations, where his guidance has consistently driven growth, operational excellence, and value creation.

Graeme’s leadership style blends deep industry knowledge with a collaborative approach, ensuring organisations achieve their long-term goals while fostering innovation and resilience. Marketing & Communications Manager
About Andrea Moonie
Andrea (Andie) is an experienced marketing and communications leader with over 20 years across energy, digital media, and environmental sectors. At Sheret Energy Offshore, she leads brand, content, and client engagement strategy—helping shape the company’s voice in the global offshore market.

Previously, Andrea spent six years at Archer Knight, progressing from Digital Media Executive to Sales and Marketing Manager. She played a central role in growing the brand, leading digital campaigns, content creation, and client-focused communications.

Her background includes agency work as Creative Director at Azzurro-Blu, and environmental compliance leadership at Arjo Wiggins, where she oversaw ISO 14001 and regulatory strategy.
Andrea combines creative flair with strategic focus—delivering clear, compelling messaging that connects technical services with commercial audiences.
